Xu Chen received the B.Eng. in Communication Engineering and M.Eng. in Information and Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, China in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He is a recipient of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship (HKPF). His research interests include machine learning in wireless communications and convex optimization.
